Your profile:
– Commercial training with at least 2 years of professional experience
– Successfully completed business studies with a focus on human resources or comparable commercial training (ideally with further training as a human resources specialist)
– Very good knowledge of labor and social security law
– Confident use of the MS Office package and a common ERP system
– Very good German and good English skills desirable
Your tasks:
– Contact person for managers in all labor and personnel law issues
– Creation and amendment of employment contracts as well as support for on- and offboarding
– Conception and optimization of personnel strategies and programs for employee management and development
– Independent support of the group of employees in all personnel law issues
